1. Eligibility & User Account Responsibility

By placing an order on Lakshan Kart, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and ensuring accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

2. Product Descriptions, Authenticity & Pricing

• Genuine Quality Assurance: We guarantee 100% genuine products, pure cotton/handloom textiles, and natural Marachekku cold-pressed oils.
• Color & Photography Shade Variations: We strive to showcase true product colors. However, minor variations in fabric shade may occur due to device display calibration, monitor screen resolution, and studio lighting conditions.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on Lakshan Kart are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

• Online Payment Acceptance: All orders must be paid in full via 100% verified online payment (UPI QR Scan & Pay, Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking).
• Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Store: We reserve the right to cancel any order in situations involving incorrect pricing due to technical error, unforeseen stock unavailability, or failure of payment/UTR verification. Full refunds will be credited immediately if an order is cancelled by us.

4. Customer Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 2 hours of order placement, provided the parcel has not been dispatched. Once dispatched and handed over to logistics partners, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

5. Damage-Only Returns & Mandatory Unboxing Video

As stated in our detailed Return Policy, returns or replacements are strictly limited to items physically damaged in transit or manufacturing defects. A continuous, uncut, single-take parcel unboxing video is MANDATORY for any claim to be processed. Claims without video proof cannot be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including brand name, logo, product photography, graphic banners, styling, text descriptions, and codebase—is the exclusive intellectual property of Lakshan Kart and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore / Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
